Job Overview

Rasa Floors, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our Baltimore branch. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating client leads, building relationships, and driving sales operations within the branch or designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product and services knowledge to become an expert advisor.
  • Compile and maintain lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
  • Travel throughout the branch's service area to visit future clients and establish relationships.
  • Qualify the needs of future clients and present appropriate products and services.
  • Closes sales and develops client loyalty.
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data into the computer database.
  • Update the CRM daily, logging contact with both regular and future clients.
  • Work with customer care and operations departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Investigate and resolve challenges that arise and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Hard-working, business-building temperament.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record in sales or multifamily housing.
  • Excellent computer skills and understanding of internet research and social networking.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Dependable transportation to cover the greater Baltimore and surrounding area.
