Resumen del Trabajo

El Asociado del Centro de Servicio al Cliente es responsable de proporcionar una excelente experiencia al cliente durante todas las actividades del Centro de Servicio, incluyendo transacciones de Compra en Línea y Recogida en Tienda, procesando devoluciones de mercancía, manejando artículos no congruentes y realizando otras tareas asignadas de acuerdo con los procedimientos y estándares.

Lo que harás
  • Proporcionar una experiencia excepcional al cliente asegurando que el cliente sea siempre la prioridad número 1
  • Reconocer a los clientes de manera amigable y servicial
  • Asistir a los clientes en todos los aspectos de la experiencia total de la tienda, incluyendo el uso de dispositivos para comprar y comparar
  • Asistir a los clientes en todos los aspectos del cumplimiento total de la tienda, incluyendo Compra en Línea y Recogida en Tienda, ser competente en todos los sistemas necesarios para completar transacciones y asegurar que el área de recogida esté organizada para que la experiencia de recogida del cliente sea sin fricciones
  • Monitorear alertas para asegurar la finalización a tiempo de los pedidos de Compra en Línea y Recogida en Tienda (BOPS). Realizar la recogida del cliente incluyendo recuperar los pedidos de nuestro almacenamiento y entregarlos en la acera al cliente
  • Ser competente en los sistemas de punto de venta de Macy's y en todas las transacciones, incluyendo el procesamiento de devoluciones y artículos no congruentes
  • Demostrar conocimiento de los productos y servicios de la tienda para impulsar ventas y minimizar devoluciones
  • Vender tarjetas de regalo y trabajar para resolver problemas con las tarjetas de Macy's, según sea necesario.
  • Seguir las políticas y procedimientos de auditoría de la tienda
  • Adherirse a las políticas de Protección de Activos y procedimientos de control de inventario y seguir programas y procedimientos de reducción de pérdidas

Requisitos Físicos Esenciales
  • Períodos prolongados (al menos dos horas consecutivas) de estar de pie/caminando por la tienda o departamento.
  • Uso frecuente de computadoras y equipos electrónicos portátiles.
  • Alcance, incluyendo por encima del nivel de los ojos, agacharse, arrodillarse, inclinarse y visión de colores.
  • Levantar y mover artículos que pesen hasta 25 lbs.
