PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team in West Knoxville. As a key member of our wealth management firm, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and professional phone support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and our back office departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Assist clients with account maintenance, transactions, and other administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with advisors to ensure client needs are met, and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and task lists to ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-up with clients.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in compliance protocols and industry regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
Compensation

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
