Job Title: Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at MVP. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service and support to clients in Latin America.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with sales team to provide quotes, sales orders, and invoices to customers.
  • Support sales team with client and distributor/customer maintenance calls.
  • Track information in real-time for requests regarding order/lead time issues for parts and unit orders.
  • Act as liaison with tech service/sales/customers for any issues when customers are down.
  • Serve as support center for customers and distributors to resolve quoting, shipping, invoicing, payment, credit, quality, damage, and return issues.
  • Prepare and issue receipts, bills, and statements.
  • Research and send information to accounts receivable and credit department for credit memos to be issued.
  • Complete export paperwork for shipping.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales maintenance preferred.
  • Associate Degree in business-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • International shipping/logistics experience preferred.
  • Marketing support & communication experience preferred.
