Job Summary

Raytheon Company is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to join the SM3 program as a Material Program Manager. This is a highly visible role that requires a self-starter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
  • Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
  • Identify Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtain any required Terms Attachments (T-Attachments) and/or Modifications (TCMs).
  • Assist with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
  • Generate Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs), and obtain and understand supplier proposals/quotes.
  • Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.
  • Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
  • Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
Requirements
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and/or Power Point).
  • Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related.
  • Excellent reporting/communication skills.
  • Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).
  • Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management and Financial forecasting.
