Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Implant Direct, a leading provider of innovative dental solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in designated territory
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and improve overall business performance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree from a 4-year College or University
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the dental industry
  • Possess valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Salary Range: $78,600 - $117,900 per year. The total compensation package may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
