**Job Title:** Executive Director of Restaurant Development

Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus % of profit

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual environments. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for driving our restaurant development strategy, including staff management, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performing, engaged team. You will develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals, control costs, and maximize profitability. You will monitor inventory, supply orders, and vendor relationships to maintain operational efficiency.

You will ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food quality standards. You will analyze financial reports and operational metrics, implementing action plans for continuous improvement. You will cultivate a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive restaurant development strategy
