Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Westgate Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Check-in: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, facilitating smooth check-in procedures and ensuring accurate information is collected.
  • Registration and Room Assignment: Efficiently register guests, assigning suitable rooms and providing necessary instructions.
  • Communication and Assistance: Manage telephone communications, offer assistance with inquiries, and provide travel guidance.
  • Record Keeping and Billing: Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and guest accounts, handle billing procedures, and record charges.
  • Reservations and Guest Services: Take reservations, confirm bookings, and facilitate reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Conduct nightly bucket checks to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort, and demonstrate active listening skills to resolve guest concerns.
