We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Guest Reception Representative to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Process Guest Registration: Accurately process guest registration forms, distribute and collect necessary documents, and assist guests with any questions or concerns.
- Coordinate Guest Services: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams to ensure seamless guest services, including assigning guests to sales representatives and updating guest information in our systems.
- Handle Incoming Calls: Answer and direct incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to management as needed.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including payroll, premium reconciliation, hotel reconciliation, vendor payables, and BI reporting.
- Log Escalations: Log customer complaints and concerns, and escalate to management as outlined by site-level management.
- Complete Guest Action Forms: Ensure all guest action forms and policy waivers are completed and provided to the necessary parties in a timely fashion.
- Weekend Availability: Availability to work weekends is required.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work shifts starting at 7:00 am.
