Job Summary

As a Westgate Resorts Marketing Greeter, you will be the frontline for our marketing team, promoting our resorts and encouraging vacationers to visit by offering them extremely low rates on discounted attraction tickets. Your primary responsibility will be to promote Westgate Resorts by maximizing savings for visitors in the Branson area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Persuade potential clients to visit Westgate Resorts by offering them exclusive deals and promotions.
  • Engage with guests to facilitate the auditing process and pre-qualify candidates for resort tours, while also promoting ticket sales and room night bookings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests to increase resort tour sign-up rates, ticket sales, and resort room bookings, while representing Westgate Resorts to the highest standard.
  • Utilize a consultative approach when offering various discounted ticket sales and resort room bookings to optimize guest experiences and maximize personal commissions.
  • Open and close POS ticket sales terminals and balance cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work environment at all times, with a clean and clutter-free work station.
  • Stay up to date on ticket prices and special promotions that we offer as incentives to visit Westgate Resorts.
