We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Engineer to join our team at TransCore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing transportation solutions that support government agencies and private firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transportation infrastructure projects, including networking, design, planning, and maintenance.
  • Design and deliver transit, highway, and arterial transportation design or consulting duties.
  • Support marketing and business development activities for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) projects.
  • Analyze traffic information and develop reports to monitor performance measures.
  • Investigate potential solutions using prior experience, literature review, and product research.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the tolling or ITS industry.
  • Technical background in networking, FDOT jobs, and intelligent transportation systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of current desktop technologies and communications software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Security and network development experience.
  • Project Management capabilities and proficiency with Project Management Software.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
  • Professional Engineering License is required.
