Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor/Writer to join our team. As a Service Advisor/Writer, you will be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience from arrival to completion of service. This includes reviewing vehicle inspection reports, advising customers on recommended and optional services, and assisting in the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer who visits our facility.
  • Vehicle Inspection Reports: Review vehicle inspection reports with customers, advising on recommended and optional services to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Marketing: Assist customers in the decision-making process, explaining benefits, costs, and product features to meet their automotive needs.
  • Payment and Sales: Complete sales transactions, including taking payment and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Service Center Support: Assist in the service center with vehicle service when needed, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate strong customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Sales Experience: Have sales experience, with a passion to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Possess basic knowledge of the automotive industry, although not required.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in utilizing a Windows 10 computer system to navigate customer information and take payments.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to work outdoors, spending up to 10 hours per day standing/moving around the facility.
  • Education: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
