About This Opportunity

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist/Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a product expert in the automotive aftermarket industry, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Promote products and assist in product releases, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with sales teams.
  • Conduct product and sales training for sales teams, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Perform product demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our products to customers.
  • Orchestrate and execute program implementation and training, ensuring successful integration and adoption.
  • Answer all product-related questions in a professional manner, addressing queries promptly and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strategize with the business and development teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Schedule training sessions and attend meetings as required, staying informed and engaged with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Ability to oversee, organize, and lead projects from beginning to end, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with dealership executives, building strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute critical tasks, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, representing the company and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Deadline-driven, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting expectations.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Proficient in Excel/data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or communications field, preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
