About the JobThis Territory Representative role is a key part of our sales team, responsible for leading sales efforts with retailers on a specific route. You'll build relationships at store level, gain secondary placements, and use your creative assets to catch the consumers' attention. Responsibilities and Duties- Establish positive relationships with store managers at each local store.
- Sell in displays and secondary placements.
- Visit stores to check on shelving, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Manage a set list of stores in an assigned territory.
- Ensure area compliance on national corporate mandated and optional programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalized experience required.
- Previous Merchandising / Territory Sales Experience - preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Passionate about competing to win.
- Results-oriented, innovative, possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- An outgoing personality which enjoys interacting with store managers and building relationships.
- A passion for healthy products and a healthy lifestyle.
- Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Existing knowledge of regional off-premise chains in assigned territory.
- Proven track record of being dependable.
- Regularly lift, move, kneel, bend, and place up to 30 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays as needed.
- PART TIME 12-16 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
- Private 1099 Contract position to start.
- Cover the assigned territory.
- Travel Reimbursement.
