Job Title: IT Support Specialist Systems Administrator

MAXISIQ, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our information technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Improve client satisfaction by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Participate in the development of client training programs, identifying learning gaps and recommending instructional content.
  • Enhance system performance by identifying and recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to the achievement of our organization's mission by completing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Active or current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • 2 years of related systems administrator experience.
