Engineering Team Lead

As an Engineering Team Lead, you will supervise multiple development projects and application support functions for a key business segment. Your responsibilities will include managing the development and implementation of intricate, organization-wide systems while offering solutions or recommendations on complex technology challenges related to application development and deployment. Furthermore, you will leverage your subject matter expertise to identify and address high-priority needs, as well as define processes for the integration, preparation, and delivery of solutions. You will also maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure the quality of application system implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Automation RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere and Virtual Assistant.
- Experience in deploying Intelligent Automation solutions utilizing AI/ML technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Microservices, and OpenShift Platform.
- Strong technical knowledge of current trends in Generative AI and LLMs.
- Background in implementing automation solutions within the financial services sector.
- Expertise in software application architecture and design.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Ideal candidates will be self-motivated with a passion for resolving business challenges through advanced tools and data-driven narratives.
- Candidates should exhibit a high degree of curiosity and innovation, particularly in the exploration of AI/ML techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating business strategies and technical concepts to all levels of management.

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. A minimum of 3 years of prior management experience is generally required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered.
