Overview:
As an Overnight Financial Coordinator, you will manage the night audit processes to uphold financial integrity and ensure compliance with hotel standards. You will collaborate with various departments, such as Security and Housekeeping, to guarantee exceptional service for all guests.

Responsibilities:


- Compile daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service records to analyze revenue, covers, gratuities, and settlements by type and cashier.

- Generate audit reports from the front office system and Point of Service.

- Address any discrepancies and resolve computer-related issues that may arise during your shift.

- Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to produce daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary.

- Reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts each night, maintain accurate records, and prepare the system for the following day’s operations.

- Adhere to attendance policies and be available for regular shifts.

- Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.



Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficient in basic mathematics and capable of performing accurate calculations using a 10-key.
- Ability to address guest and associate inquiries in a friendly and constructive manner.
- Competent in accessing and accurately inputting information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences, including supervisors, colleagues, and the public.
