Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive individual to fill the role of Investments and Financial Planning Coordinator. This position integrates investment evaluation with strategic financial planning assistance, presenting a unique opportunity to play a vital role in enhancing our clients' financial well-being. If you possess a passion for the financial sector and excel in a team-oriented atmosphere, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a team of financial advisors managing substantial assets.
- Deliver analytical insights and recommendations to aid in investment choices.
- Guide portfolio management, including allocation strategies and withdrawal processes.
- Collaborate with advisors to develop tailored financial planning approaches for clients.
- Conduct thorough research on investment vehicles, market trends, and opportunities.
- Provide operational support for internal portfolios, overseeing rebalancing and fund evaluations.
- Assist in crafting and refining detailed financial plans for clients.
- Facilitate internal trading operations.
- Maintain relationships with financial wholesalers and coordinate meetings with advisors.
Qualifications:
- CFP certification or currently pursuing CFP designation.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in investment analysis and financial planning.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in interpreting financial metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial analysis/planning tools.
