Job Summary

At GoHealth Urgent Care, we prioritize patient satisfaction by delivering exceptional care and seamless integration with healthcare systems. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting technology solutions at our urgent care locations, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot technology issues and provide on-site support to users
  • Implement and support servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, and software deployment
  • Build relationships with peers, market leadership, and staff to ensure excellent customer relations
  • Assume responsibility for customer satisfaction and track details in applicable systems
  • Manage a dynamic workload with competing priorities and adapt to a constantly changing environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates preferred
  • 3+ years Field Service Technician experience required; 3+ years Customer Service experience required
  • Valid US Drivers License with Insurable Driving Record required
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA NET+ certifications preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with server and desktop operating systems
  • Thorough knowledge of network, host, and application technologies
  • Familiarity with Healthcare regulatory compliance and reporting bodies
Essential Functions
  • Professionally represent IT to the market using a Single Point of Contact mindset
  • Provide service and customer support via Phone, Chat, Email, and In-Person field visits
  • Implement and support servers, VMs, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates, and patches
