Field Force Merchandising is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee retail store remodels and merchandising projects throughout the Eastern US. Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of retail store remodels and merchandising projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage teams of reset/remodel specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our services meet their expectations.
- Technical Skills: Possess expertise in reading and interpreting retailer-specific Plan-O-Grams, blueprints, and floor plans, as well as experience with light construction, merchandising, and fixture installations.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates, evaluations, and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Travel Requirements: Must be available to travel away from home with overnight stays, with the possibility of being on the road for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Smartsheets, with a solid understanding of basic hand tools and safety practices.
- Physical Demands: Able to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking for extended periods, as well as lift materials up to 50 lbs and climb ladders safely.
- Personal Qualities: Maintain a consistent work record, adhere to company policies, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Starting at $18/hour, with negotiated hourly pay based on skills and years of experience. Bonuses are awarded based on team performance and attendance.
