Job Title: Human Resource Information System Manager

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Manager is a critical role at Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. responsible for overseeing the management, development, and optimization of the HRIS to ensure effective HR operations and data management. This position involves strategic planning, system implementation, and maintenance, as well as providing leadership to the HRIS team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HRIS Strategy: Develop and implement an HRIS strategy that aligns with the organization's overall HR and business objectives.
  • HRIS Administration and Maintenance: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and user satisfaction.
  • HRIS System Selection and Implementation: Lead the selection, implementation, and upgrade of HRIS systems and modules.
  • HRIS Team Management: Manage and mentor the HRIS team providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with HR leaders and IT teams to ensure efficient HRIS operations and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionalities to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Staying Current: Stay current with HRIS trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, recommending system enhancements and innovations.
  • System Configuration and Integration: Lead system configuration, customization, and integration projects to meet evolving business needs.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Oversee the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Technical Support: Ensure timely and effective technical support for HRIS users, addressing issues and providing solutions.
  • Training and Documentation: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for HRIS users to enhance system utilization and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with HR systems. At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • HRIS Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar systems.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in project management, particularly with HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • HRIS Certification: HRIS certification (e.g., Certified HRIS Professional, Workday Certified) preferred.
