As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Solicit, promote, and market NCFB Property & Casualty and Farm Bureau Bank products to existing and potential clients.
  • Obtain NC Property and Casualty insurance licenses within 90 days of hire.
  • Counsel clients concerning policy coverages and provide office support as needed.
