Job DescriptionIn this role, you will develop strategies through prospect contact, proposal development, and presentation, effective follow-up, and account management. You will also work with transportation brokers to maximize the volume of loads from new customers through ongoing sales meetings and strategy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting new customers to secure sales
  • Developing systems and processes for effective prospect identification, qualification, and management
  • Selling and closing new shippers
  • Building a book of business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years non-asset based 3pl sales experience
  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • Experience in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
