What are the primary responsibilities?
- Oversee the referral development initiatives of the Physician Navigators and Clinical Navigators.
- Manage the admission process through direct oversight of the Admissions Manager.
- Provide guidance and training for hospital staff involved in marketing, case finding, and relationship management.
- Implement system and market-specific strategies to support and achieve organizational objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
- Lead discharge planning and offer education to patients and families regarding post-hospitalization care.
What qualifications are required for the Head of Business Growth?
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Equivalent experience and clinical training may be considered.
- A minimum of five years of progressive experience in healthcare sales and marketing is essential.
- Experience in post-acute or hospital settings is highly preferred.
- Previous management experience is advantageous.
