B2B Sales Representative Opportunity
HCP Talent, a healthcare recruiting firm based in Manhattan, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a B2B Sales Representative. As a startup, we are dedicated to fostering connections between healthcare organizations and job seekers, driving workforce growth and creating meaningful employment opportunities.
Role Overview:
This full-time, hybrid role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting HCP's staffing services to meet sales goals. You will be expected to engage with 20 decision-makers daily through in-person meetings, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages. We are seeking a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset, a competitive drive, and a passion for growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and decision-makers
- Promote HCP's staffing services to meet sales goals
- Engage with 20 decision-makers daily through in-person meetings, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages
Requirements:
- Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
