Job Summary

SOTA Imaging is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating office activities, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. They will be proficient in using office software and have experience with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including answering basic product-related questions and creating technical support tickets.
  • Process purchase orders for shipping and invoicing, as well as process payments and billing for customers.
  • Interact with dealers and customers to provide support as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
