Job Summary
The Customer Care Team is dedicated to addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns from both current and prospective members in a positive, energetic, and proactive manner.
Daily Responsibilities
- Engage with members through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Record all communications accurately.
- Manage a variety of tasks related to orders and subscriptions.
- Document emerging issues, suggestions, and trends related to Second Nature products and services.
- Represent member needs to management effectively.
- Assist with project and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism.
- Friendly and articulate demeanor.
- Maintain a consistent tone and energy throughout the day.
- Prior retail or business customer service experience is essential.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a contact center is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as ZenDesk, is advantageous.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Strong overall computer proficiency, with a preference for Mac OS.
- Possess a startup mentality: self-motivated, quick learner, and inquisitive about the business.
- Adaptable to continuous growth and change.
