Job Summary

The Customer Care Team is dedicated to addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns from both current and prospective members in a positive, energetic, and proactive manner.

Daily Responsibilities

  1. Engage with members through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  2. Record all communications accurately.
  3. Manage a variety of tasks related to orders and subscriptions.
  4. Document emerging issues, suggestions, and trends related to Second Nature products and services.
  5. Represent member needs to management effectively.
  6. Assist with project and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Friendly and articulate demeanor.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and energy throughout the day.
  • Prior retail or business customer service experience is essential.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a contact center is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as ZenDesk, is advantageous.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Strong overall computer proficiency, with a preference for Mac OS.
  • Possess a startup mentality: self-motivated, quick learner, and inquisitive about the business.
  • Adaptable to continuous growth and change.
