Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling Comcast's Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses. Your primary focus will be on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and exceed departmental targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services as a leader in the market.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and achieve monthly quota performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
