Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Correspondent team, responsible for facilitating communication between sellers and Spring EQ Correspondent team members. The ideal candidate will have a customer service-oriented personality, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience processing mortgage loans.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between our approved sellers and Spring EQ correspondent team members in a responsive and timely manner to ensure that all closing deadlines are met for a best-in-class seller and borrower experience.
  • Manage inbound requests from internal team members and sellers with attention to detail and within assigned timeframes.
  • Communicate with sellers in a customer service-oriented manner to review current pipeline, trends, and turn times.
  • Provide a positive customer service experience to all sellers and team members.
  • Escalation point of contact to ensure requirements for loan approval.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience processing home equity or mortgage loans.
  • Proficiency with loan origination systems and ability to adapt to new technology, automation updates, and other applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and prioritize and meet competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
