We are seeking a highly skilled Office Sales Support Assistant to join our team in Baldwin Park, CA. This role will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for providing support in office duties and customer sales support to key house accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Strong Relationships with Customers
  • Assist with sales, handle client complaints, collect, analyze, and work with other departments' data
  • Support the sales team with filling out CS/finance forms and other office duties as needed
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer retention and growth
  • Manage an existing book of business with existing key account customers, with a focus on growing existing accounts' business
  • Understand the cannabis market and California's competitive landscape
  • Have experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM
  • Attend quarterly visits with existing accounts
  • Have proven exceptional customer service and key account experience
  • Provide quarterly customer reviews
  • Stay up to date with new products and feature launches
  • Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or sales support associate
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and exceptional multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills; must be a team player
  • Passion for closing deals and a no-excuse attitude
  • Ability to travel to visit clients across the US and attend trade shows if needed
  • BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in a relevant field (a plus)
Position

Full-time, non-exempt (hourly)

Benefits
  • Base salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 ($28.85/hr-$31.25/hr)
  • Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
  • 7 paid holidays per year
  • Sick leave is earned from the date of hire and eligible to use after 90 days of employment
  • Eligible to begin earning vacation time after 3 months of employment
  • Eligible for the company's 401k plan after 90 days of employment
