We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual for the role of Direct Marketing Associate in the Greater Boston area. This position focuses on generating high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in home upgrades.

This role offers a competitive compensation structure, including uncapped commission alongside a base salary. Successful candidates can anticipate earning over $80,000 in on-target earnings (OTE) during their first year. The base pay starts at $20 per hour, influenced by various factors such as experience, education, and location.

Incentives: This position includes a $1,000 Hire Bonus and eligibility for a monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in designated territories.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective customers and targeted market areas.
  • Represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Utilize mapping programs and business applications for effective data tracking.
  • Attend company meetings and communicate ideas for improving the canvassing program.
  • Become proficient in Renewal by Andersen's methodologies, products, and promotional offerings.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age of 18 to comply with company insurance policies.
  • Reliable transportation for navigating assigned territories.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Able to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically capable of standing and walking 3 to 5 miles daily.
