Maintenance Equipment Specialist

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing or replacing machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts and instruments. They will also initiate and complete work orders, use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and troubleshoot mechanical devices and equipment in operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts and instruments
- Initiate and complete work orders
- Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Observe mechanical devices and equipment in operation and troubleshoot
- Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Knowledge of mechanical devices and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
