Job Summary:

Nite Lines USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Case Manager to provide investigative and comprehensive case management for a caseload involving child/adult abuse or neglect. The ideal candidate will have experience in child welfare and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide investigative and comprehensive case management for a caseload involving child/adult abuse or neglect.
Make immediate and follow-up actions for at risk clients in need of protective services and/or placement.
Conduct assessments that identify and address safety concerns.
Develop and implement safety plans to address identified safety concerns.
Conduct diligent search efforts to locate the child/family when unable to make contact.
Implement Solution Based Casework (SBC) to achieve desired individual and family-level outcomes.
Partner with child(ren) and parents in the development and utilization of the Family Functioning Agreement, Action Plan, and Family Plan.
Collaborate with community partners to create systems of support for children and families.
Ensure that frequency and quality of visits with children and families are adequate to ensure safety, permanency, and well-being.
Identify the physical, educational, and mental/behavioral health needs of children, parents, and foster parents and ensure identified needs were effectively addressed.
Establish permanency goals for the child(ren).
Ensure foster care placements and/or living situations are stable and in the best interests of the child(ren) and are consistent with achieving established permanency goal(s).
Ensure that siblings in foster care are placed together unless a separation is necessary to meet the needs of one of the siblings.
Maintain child's connections to his or her neighborhood, community, faith, extended family, tribe, school, and friends.
Promote, support, and otherwise maintain a positive and nurturing relationship between the child(ren) in care and their biological parents/caretakers.
Document case management activities within time frames established by policy.
Celebrate positive outcomes with child(ren) and family.
Utilize privately owned vehicle for work-related travel and duties (including transportation of children).
Routinely serve on after-hours on-call duty.
Embrace ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
HIPPA certification required if you don't have it, we can provide.
Must have at least 1 year of child welfare experience.

Compensation:

$33.50/HR
Mileage will be reimbursed $0.625/mile.
