Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading a UX team with 10+ years' experience delivering successful UX strategies to business partners
  • Understanding of the design process and proficiency in leveraging UX design tools
  • Active listening skills for effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Succinctly present ideas, demonstrate designs, and collect feedback
  • Good sense of incorporating ideas to use cases and solutions
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and insights presenting ideas to leadership and business partners
  • Experience in creating various documents, including presentation decks, project briefs, roadmaps, and business requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to bring structured thinking to a variety of tools and templates
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for and understanding of user experience strategy, including best practices and emerging trends
  • Strong understanding of design principles and how to apply them in a healthcare context
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, user experience principles, information architecture, and the digital content ecosystem
  • Proficiency in tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Mural
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
