Raise the Bar Family Services Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals with disabilities and their families. Our mission is to develop high-quality programs, cultivate an inclusive community, and make resources more accessible for all.

We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Youth Programs Manager to join our small but growing team. This is a hybrid part-time work opportunity for education or youth development professionals in the Southern New Jersey/Greater Philadelphia area.

Job Summary

The Youth Programs Manager will be responsible for planning and executing our youth programs, including Kids Club and Caregiver Night. This role will involve creating program plans, preparing materials, leading events, and coordinating with volunteers and program partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute Kids Club events, including creating program plans, preparing materials, and leading events
  • Coordinate with volunteers and program partners to ensure successful events
  • Prepare materials and set up rooms for events
  • Support other program areas as needed
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Strong and professional communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • General technology proficiency
  • Interest in Raise the Bar's mission
  • Experience with early childhood education or other type of youth programs
  • Experience in the disability sector and with diverse populations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Database management experience
  • Spanish Language proficiency

We offer a flexible work environment, unlimited PTO, and the opportunity to explore a full-time opportunity in the future. Hourly payment will range from $22-$28 based on experience.
