Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to ensure visual appeal and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and disposal
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve our menu and service
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of leadership, team management, and staff development
- Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, recipe development, and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
