Job Summary

As a Senior Culinary Professional at Meadowood, you will be responsible for preparing dishes established by the Chef for our newest restaurant, Forum. You will ensure that all food items served are in keeping with Meadowood's established philosophy of fresh, local and healthy cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure that all food items served meet the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and other culinary staff to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Previous culinary experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Strong knowledge of wine and the art of hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
