We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Team Leader to join our manufacturing team within the Components Business Segment.

In this position, you will contribute in the following ways:
  • Oversee the daily operations of a production unit or teams.
  • Manage the daily functions of a production team, including team member oversight, cleanliness, and achieving production goals.
  • Collaborate across departments to recommend and engage in initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the group lead on various projects and assignments.
  • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members to help them achieve their tasks and objectives; clarify expectations and responsibilities.
  • Mentor and coach team members.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
  • A college, university, or equivalent degree is required.
  • This position may necessitate licensing to comply with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a team of technicians responsible for maintaining industrial automation equipment. Strong leadership, organizational, and scheduling skills are essential to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate high-level leadership skills, with a focus on problem-solving and quick decision-making.
  • Availability for after-hours support and being a key resource for the team. Must perform well under pressure and maintain a keen focus on safety.
  • Understanding of the significance of a Preventative Maintenance program and supporting asset management, including new equipment installations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics, as well as creating drawings for small projects. Collaboration with vendors, contractors, and team members to meet plant deadlines is required.
  • Extensive experience in Industrial Maintenance and supervisory roles is essential.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
