We are seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Team Leader to join our Manufacturing team within the Components Business Segment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee the daily operations of a production unit or teams.

+ Manage the daily functions of a production team, including team management, workplace organization, and achieving production goals.

+ Collaborate across departments to recommend and engage in enhancing safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

+ Act as the group lead on projects and assignments.

+ Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members to achieve tasks and objectives; establish expectations and clarify roles.

+ Mentor and coach team members.

**Education and Experience**

+ A college degree or equivalent is required.

+ This role may necessitate licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

+ The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of technicians responsible for maintaining industrial automation systems. Strong leadership, organizational, and scheduling skills are essential to maintain a productive work environment. Effective communication and high-level leadership capabilities are critical, along with the ability to problem-solve collaboratively with the team and make quick, precise decisions.

+ Availability for after-hours support is expected, serving as a critical resource for the team. The ability to perform well under pressure and maintain a keen focus on safety is essential. A solid understanding of the importance of a Preventative Maintenance program is required, along with support for asset management and new equipment installations.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics, as well as creating drawings for minor projects, is necessary. The role involves direct collaboration with vendors, contractors, and team members to meet plant deadlines.

+ Extensive experience in Industrial Maintenance and Supervisory roles is required.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
