Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Management Team to join our team at Diamond Mine Mini Storage. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and vendors in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answer the telephone in an enthusiastic and professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Show, rent, and clean units, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Post rent and sales, accurately recording and processing transactions.
  • Conduct unit/site inventory, providing maintenance reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare computer-generated letters and notices, communicating with customers and vendors as needed.
  • Perform daily lock checks, upholding facility security and ensuring the safety of customers and staff.
  • Accurately prepare and finalize delinquent accounts for online auction, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Make collection calls and process liens on delinquent accounts, communicating with customers and vendors as needed.
  • Send uncollected accounts to the collection agency, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Perform market surveys twice a year, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Hire, train, and manage associate managers, ensuring a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep and maintain personnel files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Clean public restrooms and replenish office supplies as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Responsible for all daily and month-end reports, accurately recording and processing transactions.
  • Bank deposits and post office drops, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Uphold facility cleanliness both inside and outside, maintaining a high level of organization and presentation.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame.
  • Communicate facility issues in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Pre-employment background check and drug testing.
  • Must have a clean and valid Driver's license.
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame.
  • Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills.
  • Must be profit-driven.
  • Proficient in typing, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
  • Able to work independently and well with others.
  • Willing to work in all outdoor surroundings/elements.
  • Professional and high level of integrity.
