Position Overview:

The Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our warehouse and delivery teams. This role includes personnel management, ensuring timely customer deliveries, and adhering to all relevant transportation regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations of warehouse and delivery staff, including route and vehicle assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct training and performance evaluations for warehouse and delivery personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records for driver files and operational schedules.
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and report any service issues.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze trip logs and vehicle performance data.
  • Drive delivery routes as needed during peak times.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings to communicate updates and procedures to staff.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or transportation management.
