Reporting Analyst

This role is pivotal in driving strategic enhancements across various teams within Revenue Operations. The individual will lead intricate analyses, tackle ambiguous challenges, and make informed decisions to optimize processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analytical Expertise:
- Conducts advanced analysis by synthesizing data from diverse sources, employing proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Continuously explores new technical capabilities and advises on their application.
- Acts as a knowledge resource for data retrieval across multiple databases.
- Assesses the business implications of initiatives by constructing sophisticated analytical models and evaluating variable assumptions.
- Serves as a team resource for troubleshooting and quality control.
- Addresses complex and unclear issues by identifying key factors and formulating a comprehensive problem-solving strategy.
- Recognizes the interconnections between metrics and processes across various business units and their impact on overarching business goals.
- Goes beyond initial analytical inquiries to uncover deeper insights.
- Summarizes critical findings from analyses, proposes actionable recommendations, secures consensus, and drives change by influencing stakeholders.
- Leads collaborative sessions with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Guides others in fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversees and implements next steps for assigned projects.
- Prioritizes time based on value and business requirements.
- Begins to provide guidance and support to colleagues, recognized as a mentor and expert within the team.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including complex modeling and insight generation, are required.
- Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences is preferred.

- Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle is preferred.
