Key Responsibilities:
As an Identity Operations Analyst, your primary duties will include:
- Supporting the design, execution, and ongoing management of IAM tools and resources.
- Providing technical assistance during incidents and outages, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Handling daily operational tasks, investigating incidents, and participating in project-driven initiatives.
Specific Duties:
- Investigate and manage routine identity-related incidents, collaborating closely with the Identity Management Team.
- Act as the main escalation point for critical incidents, coordinating analysis, validation, and reporting to leadership.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide identity management projects, offering expertise in project management.
- Work with stakeholders and vendors to identify security vulnerabilities and enhance processes within the Information Security program.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security requirements into the design and implementation of IAM tools.
- Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies to improve identity management automation and governance.
- Monitor alerts from various toolsets to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for security enhancements and work with vendors to implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Education:
A university degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of three years in information technology, with experience in at least one identity management platform such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, or Okta.
Certifications:
Relevant general and technical security certifications are advantageous.
