Job Summary

At TAJ Technologies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and a proven track record of success in recovering debts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of collections accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of outstanding debts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex collections issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve collections processes and outcomes.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
  • One year of collections experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Work Environment
  • Computer keyboarding and travel as required.
  • Able to handle work-related stress and meet deadlines.
