Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. As a trusted partner to employees, supervisors, and managers, you will provide human resources administration and support for day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a champion of employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Work with the HR team on various employee-related issues, including managing the employment lifecycle, new hire orientation, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, or organizational development efforts in partnership with the HR Director.
  • Utilize a thoughtful and consistent approach to drive performance management initiatives and facilitate all on-boarding activities.
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees and proactively work with managers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR role.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment with 75+ employees is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Workday is highly preferred.
