Job Overview

Position Title: Field Service Technician

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary Range: $50,000 to $100,000 annually

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled technicians to provide exceptional after-sales service support. The role involves performing technical tasks, offering expert assistance, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction across North America. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling rental machinery such as forklifts, mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), and cranes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Service Technicians with expertise in Forklift & AWP
2. Field Service Technicians with experience in earthmoving equipment
3. Field Service Technicians specializing in rough terrain cranes

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred
  2. Field of Study: Mechanics or related field
  3. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in rental equipment assembly, mechanical design, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
  4. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  5. Certifications: CDL is a plus
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service abilities

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as required
