Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Truck Driver to join our team at Mustang Cat. As a Heavy Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting heavy and light construction equipment to and from customer job sites and our branch locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a manual Dovetail truck to transport equipment
  • Load, properly secure, and unload equipment from our fleet of rental equipment
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
  • Retain maintenance records, daily logs, and truck inspection records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Class A CDL
  • Clean driving record: MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse
  • Minimum of 1 year driving a commercial DOT regulated vehicle, hauling heavy and light rental equipment
  • Experience loading, securing, and unloading heavy and light equipment
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations
  • Familiarity with DOT log book and e-logs
  • Experience operating heavy equipment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
