* Greet and check-in patients, verifying information and ensuring accuracy

* Direct patients to next steps and inform them of delays and wait times
* Schedule appointments and coordinate with other care teams
* Process payments and handle financial assistance
* Support administrative functions of the clinic

Requirements:

* 6 months of customer service experience
* Basic computer skills and data entry
* Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1 year of customer service experience in a hospital or medical office
* Problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and self-motivation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

* Interact with others requiring communication
* Operate computers and office equipment
* See and read computer monitors and documents
* Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time
