Key Responsibilities
  • Stocking and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-stocked environment by replenishing side stations and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Assisting Food Servers: Provide support to our food servers as needed, ensuring that our guests receive prompt and attentive service.
  • Waste Reduction and Control: Take an active role in reducing waste and breakage by handling service ware with care and avoiding the discarding of reusable items.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment by wiping down chairs, tables, and child seats, and picking up floors around each table bussed.
  • Observing Safety Procedures: Observe and adhere to good sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
  • Thoughtful Service: Demonstrate a commitment to providing thoughtful service to our guests at all times.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: One to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, carrying, pulling, lifting 50 lbs., sitting, bending/stooping, observing, stretching, pushing, turning, balancing.
  • Work Environment: Inside, noisy, odors, changing temperatures, dirty.
