About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banquet Server/Attendant to join our team at the Tahoe Blue Event Center. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, adhering to DLTCC standards of service.
  • Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, anticipating and meeting their needs.
  • Setup and maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring a tidy and organized environment.
  • Maintain inventory and perform safe work practices to provide a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
  • Minimum one year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
